I ordered 8 of these chairs and they're packaged 2 per box, so I received 4 boxes - 3 were packaged well with styrofoam on all 6 sides of the box. One looked like it was a customer return and had no styrofoam padding so it was no surprise this is the box that was the most damaged and the legs were scratched. I took off 1 star for the packaging. I purchased the camel colour and the chairs do look like the picture. The seat is surprisingly hard, it's soft to the touch, but when you sit on it, it feels like you're sitting on a wooden chair. Also, you do sit up straight, no slouching with this chair. The description states the weight capacity is 250lbs, but the chair looks flimsy and I'd be concerned about having a large person sit on them. These are small dining chairs. I can sit through a holiday family meal, but I won't be working from home seated all day on one of these chairs. I took off 1 more star for this reason. Also, the design is flawed. When you lean back, all your weight is on the two curved pieces of wood connecting the seat to the back rest. I can see this snapping if someone likes to lean back a lot. I took off 1 star for the design. My issue with these chairs is that they're just okay and there's lots of room for improvement. I bought these because I was desperate for seating in my dining room, they were in stock, and the price was right. However, if I had to do it again, I wouldn't. My advice is: keep on looking.
