Commode double 70 po à 6 tiroirs Dumbo

I ordered it a little over a year ago and already sold it in on marketplace. There's a really weird locking mechanism on the drawers that won't let you open one until another is completely closed. It makes putting laundry away a real pain. The drawers are also too shallow. No sense in even trying to put your winter clothes in these drawers.

The thing looks nice, but it’s really short and the drawers are super super shallow. The tool free assembly is a downer because it’s too hard to tighten the screw knobs tight enough for the dresser to feel solid. I skinned a couple fingers during assembly. The weight balance must be off too, because the middle leg came off when I barely moved the dresser a couple of inches. Not only did the leg detach from the base, it broke all the “wood” around it. I wish I hadn’t spent 700 on this thing.

It’s so pretty! But unfortunately for me, 2 legs broke right after my family members tried to move it.

Drawer locking mechanism makes it impossible to close drawers without slamming them. I reached out to Wayfair customer service for advice on talking to the manufacturer to disable the locking mechanism and Wayfair said they did not have to help me. What terrible customer service. Very dissatisfied with the set, this was a lot of money and energy wasted.

THIS IS A PIECE OF JUNK. Do not purchase. The instructions are wrong and incomplete, the material breaks and the help from the manufacturer is worthless. We want our money back (after being loyal customers who have purchased thousands of dollars of things from Wayfair) but are told we have to deal with the manufacturer. If I could give no stars I would. Wayfair should do the customer focus right thing and give us back our money. Stay tuned . . . . . .
