I received the bed in a small box. I didn't believe it could all be in there, but it was. I am 76 and it was about 2 hours to put together. Putting it together could not have been easier. The instructions were clear and all the parts were well marked and easy to get to. It is well made and the wood is real. And the Company gave us a little free ratcheted hex screw driver. Thank you

Great item and very sturdy.Easy to assemble.

We got this bed for our teenage son's room. I was initially looking for a bookcase headboard type of bed, but they can be too big/bulky and expensive...I couldn't find one that I liked that fit our needs and would fit in his room. He wanted to be able to put his alarm clock, book and whatnot right by his head so he could easily reach stuff. This turned out great since there's a small ledge as part of the headboard. The ledge is narrow enough to clip a desk lamp (clip-mount style) to the headboard. We have a 14" memory foam mattress on it, so it sits pretty high, but we liked that it was roomy underneath (11" from the metal frame to the floor). It's also one of our cat's new favorite place to sleep! My husband said it was easy to assemble. Overall, very pleased with this bed!

Very sturdy (1000lb weight capacity) so we can pack up thr pounds, simple yet chic, does not look cheap though reasonable price, practical head board, surprisingly love it
