We bought two of these desks. They are EXTREMELY sturdy with solid metal throughout the legs and supporting the desktop. The desktop comes in three pieces, leaving the middle without seams, unlike other extra-long desks that we considered. The gold accents in the legs add a touch of interest and elegance to what would otherwise be plain, white desks.
