Visually, its lovely, but the drawers are very small and hard to open.

Where to begin with this dresser. I was super excited to receive it and get it built. I extracted all the parts and no instructions were in the box. No problem. I went online to the page to get them, as I know they usually are there. Clicked the pdf and boom - wrong dresser. They had a 5 drawer tall dresser’s instructions instead of this 6 drawer wide dresser. I realized the title was also incorrect for this light brown color, however the white version was the correct title. Went to that page to get those instructions, and same issue. Ok no problem. I went on the chat to ask for the correct instructions. The first person I spoke to sent me the same 5 drawer instructions. I told them that those aren’t the correct instructions. Then they sent me the instructions for another piece of furniture I had bought in the same purchase, however I did not ask for those nor need them. I sent a screen shot of this dresser and said this is the dresser I want the instructions for and they informed me they already had sent them. However, they sent the 5 drawer. Red faced and frustrated, I exited the chat. Same thing happened the next day on another chat. This time I got a case number and it was set to “priority” so I could get the instructions. Never got them. About a week went by and I ended up somehow assembling it by myself with no instructions. I had to take some sections apart and re assemble due to them being in the incorrect spot, etc. Some parts of wood are broken due to me screwing the screws in a bit too hard in a fit of rage, but it’s also not the sturdiest wood I’ve ever seen. I’m honestly surprised the dresser lived to see another day and did not just get chucked out the window half put together. Putting the whole ordeal with not having instructions aside, this is a cute and sleek looking dresser, and I’m looking forward to finally getting to use it. I know it’s a manufacturer error that there weren’t any instructions in the box, but it was a very frustrating ordeal.

I initially bought it for my bedroom but it looked a little small in comparison to my queen bed so I used it for my living room. I hired a task rabbit to put it together. It looks great and was a good purchase
