Couch feels very firm but soft at the same time, but more on the soft and cozy side. Worth the purchase.

Dont waist your money. The first time we sat on it we could feel the frame. Definitely not what we were expecting. After a bit you just cant take it anymore and have to get up and move. This couch needs to go back to the drawing board.

I love this couch! Big, comfortable and easy to put together. NO SCREWS.
