I have been waiting over two weeks for Wayfair to make a decision about refunding this couch or sending the correct parts and hardware, and I still cannot get a straight answer. One representative told me the order was refunded because I was unable to return the defective item, but another representative later said the case was still “under review” and would take 3–5 days. It has now been well beyond that timeframe, and no one is following up or resolving anything. The couch cannot be assembled because the holes were drilled on the wrong side of the chair arms, making the entire piece unusable. At this point, I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and the inconsistent information. I simply need a clear resolution — refund or replacement — for a product that arrived defective and cannot be put together.
