Fabric:Gray Velvet
Entire bottom was ripped out. Wayfair wanted to send me a new piece of fabric. I would have to remove the ripped out bottom and figure out a way to attach the new piece. They said that was the best solution although it may require effort on my part. After days of arguing, I got a 20% refund. Will never order from Wayfair again.
