Canapé-lit Wallasse

This was a great buy for my son’s new apartment. I also bought my daughter one a different color. They love this sofa sleeper.

It is not as sturdy as I would have hoped. The zipper part on the back ripped immediately when we put it together. unfortunately it cannot be fixed. It’s cute but would not recommend

I am giving an honest comment here. This sofa is really pretty and soft so it looks. I have not been able to use it as of yet but out of the box I am very please with color and texture of item. I got this piece and once I found all the parts (they were hiding) I began to put it together. On the seat part of the couch the bolts (without nuts to secure it ) come to find out that bolt is not even long enough to go through the part it needs to! As I am assessing this product to see if maybe I can resolve it I realized that there are no holes at all to attach the two metal legs that go under the seat part of this couch. WHAT is going on here. First I got the wrong size bolts with no nuts to secure it and I can not even add the metal legs to the center of the couch for extra stability. I called WF on the bolt issue they referred back to manufacture and today I called and WF is now sending out a repair team to try and get this couch fixed so it can be used. They have photos of issues as well. Both customer service agents who helped me were awesome and very helpful and understood my frustration with an item that was just not right! I will come back and update this review once things get fixed which I do hope is ASAP. Perhaps next time if there is one I will pay to have the things I buy put together! UPDATE--The company who was going to come and fix the couch could not even get to me till the 20th May. Unacceptable. When CS called me back after the weekend to see what was up I advised them I fixed it myself!! Just forget about the repair company. By then I was very much over this whole situation as the fact remained the bolts that hold the couch together in the middle was simply not long enough to go through both sides. So very disappointed in this situation. Although they did try to help they did not come up with the resolution I did!.

Sofa is beautiful, but the legs are not sturdy.
