The couch itself for the price is awesome! The back pillows are very flat and you need to get more filling or get your own pillows.

I mean, I got it on sale so I feel like I can’t complain too much, it was $650ish so what can you really expect…but I will say I’d be incredibly disappointed if I had paid full price for this thang. The back cushions are FLIMSY and all the other cushions and pillows are overstuffed and hard. Not so good but not the worst. Edit: added a star because the customer service was amazing
