It’s a little firm not a lot of cushion. It was very easy to assemble. The first one I received was a defect. I contacted Wayfair and they made it right by sending me a replacement . They also gave me the option of store credit.

This sectional was easy to assemble. I would recommend two people. It’s very comfortable and fits perfect in our apartment. Love the velvet material and grey color. It also looks great!

I absolutely love this sofa and the functionality of it. Using in a guest house for any company. Very pleased with my purchase.

Frame came bent, didnt notice until a week or two after delivery when it started sinking on one side. Decided to add furniture risers instead of dealing with return, as I was already stressed after moving. Very disappointing.

Its good quality and fast shipping, but is way bigger than it looks in the picture - make sure you measure it correctly before you purchase it. Takes a huge amount of space
