these cushions are supposed to be for the back of the couch and they’re hard and thin.. … they’ve been out of the packaging for 7 hours and haven’t changed at all. will be returning! this is terrible.

This is very cheaply made and not what I expected at all. Very uncomfortable to sit on or lie on.

A bit firm but perfect for my place

Very Disappointed – Not Adult Friendly I was very disappointed with this sectional. The pictures made it appear to be a normal-sized couch, but once I received it, it was extremely small and very low to the ground. Honestly, it gave more of a large bean bag feel than an actual sectional. It is definitely not adult friendly, especially if you are expecting the height, support, and comfort of a regular couch. I also gave it several days to fully inflate as instructed, hoping that it would eventually rise and look more like the pictures. Unfortunately, even after waiting, it never reached what I would consider a normal couch size or height. For the price and the way it was advertised, I expected much better. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a standard adult-sized sectional.

they sent me the wrong package.. i was sent 2 chase no love sofa. this sits entirely to low. no happy with this purchase at all. customer service hung up in my face very rude. this is terrible
