I purchased this couch for my daughter/she likes it,but the only thing that she dislikes abt it is that it’s not soft.

Imma big guy ( over 400lbs) so I was skeptical about this sofa being not only comfortable but sturdy. So far I’m more than impressed

The couch is amazing and was so easy to take out of the box!! I gave a 4 star rating due to the sectional piece having a medium size hole on the bottom.

When my couch arrived I was missing a back cushion and 2 throw pillows. I called into customer service at which time they told me I had to message the manufacturer to get them to replace my parts. They put me in contact with them fine they were supposedly sending my new pieces. I got an email a week later stating they were no longer sending the replacement pieces and just sending a whole unit. I then received the unit now upon the unit around I realized the ottoman which they did not replace down by the zipper underneath was pulling away from the fabric, I had to call into customer service again to get them to send a replacement ottoman. This is just been one thing after another. This material is definitely very cheap and not worth the money. My photos show the missing pieces along with the ripped ottoman.
