This furniture arrived after only minor delays, in an undamaged box and was packaged as if new. The actual condition of the item, however, was ridiculous. The watermarks and human booty marks show obvious use, the brackets holding the base to the arms are installed in the wrong places in the wrong angles, the Velcro strip was torn off one of the cushion backs, and there is a scrape along one arm. I don’t know what I would have thought of this item if the company had sent me one in new condition as promised by my purchase of a new item.

Color was definitely brighter than in the picture.. I will need to buy a couch cover, otherwise couch is comfy.

Great Loveseat, very pleased with this purchase. It's a true dark Navy color which is what I wanted.

I love the sofa but it looks like it has a water spot, box was not wet. Please see photo, I think this is excessive. Is there anything that can be done Other than that the color is perfect.
