I love these chairs. They're very comfortable and soft. The color is slightly different than I expected. It was supposed to be a brown and showed up more of a dark pinkish-brown so be aware.

I bought these chairs and was a little disappointed. The order wasnt delivered on time, but the order status said it was delivered. Somehow, instead of Canada, my order was delivered to the US. I tried contacting customer service for 10 days, and they finally helped me and fixed the issue. The chairs arrived exactly as I ordered. There was one issue with the assembly the bolts were of poor quality, so I had to buy new ones. The upholstery on the chairs is beautiful and comfortable.
