I went to sit in my chair and the legs broke off the chair

I have several of these chairs in our office and from the most recent order one of the legs broke-a welded piece of metal- while a patient was in the chair. She was just a ‘normal’ size person and these are a chair that is supposed to to handle 300+ pounds. Unfortunately we received these chairs more than 30 days ago and there is no recourse by the company. It is only 60 days from ordering them and we didn’t put them together right away due to spacing issues.

So beautiful. Plenty of cushion, the golf legs and handle on the back seem really sturdy. Not like stuff that will chip off. Perfect size for everywhere!

Quality is amazing!!! Chairs in real life look better than pictures! Super happy with the quality of the chairs, my only concern is only two out of the four chairs I ordered were delivered.

These chairs are beautiful and look high end for the price point! I used these as dining chairs in my client's dermatology practice, and they add a stylish element to the relaxing space. The faux leather will also be easy to clean.
