Insufficiently protective packaging (arrived with two broken pieces including one of the legs - which are plastic not metal FYI) and INCREDIBLY confusing to assemble. The assembly instructions are very unclear with tiny hard-to-decipher images, and for some reason while the wood pieces are labeled, the other parts (such as screws) were not. So we had to guess at which screws to use where as there are many that are of similar size. Additionally, in several places the instructions show pilot holes that do not exist on the wood pieces, so many screws didn't get used as there is no place for them to go. I'd choose another dresser if I were you.

Aesthetically very pretty but downright impossible to assemble. Quality of actual product is definitely lacking as well. In general, looks amazing but huge pain in the a**

Four of the five drawers were chipped. Very difficult to assemble.

Very pretty, but drawer are a little bit on the small side. And broke within a few weeks
