I would like to return the sofa. When I unpacked it today, the top of the sofa is damaged

They are nice but the company used trash string to hold the buttons on the couch back and pillows and they keep breaking. They said they were sending a whole 3 s3ction sofa becasue taking the back off is challenging and then the replacement was canceled like always when you have to deal with parts and replacements. Dont buy this 3 piece sofa nor the live seat.

Smaller than I expected but it’s really nice and I get so many compliments when people enter my home!
