Absolutely thrilled with this swivel chair! The material feels incredibly high quality, soft yet durable and the fabric has such a beautiful, refined look that instantly elevates the whole room. The design is just perfect. It’s stylish, modern, and fits seamlessly with my space. The swivel feature is smooth and sturdy, making it as functional as it is gorgeous. I also love how comfortable it is. I did run into a small issue with delivery. I ordered a left and a right arm, but initially received two right arms. I had to get a replacement, but the whole process was handled quickly and smoothly. Customer service was excellent and made everything easy to resolve. Honestly, everything about this chair exceeds expectations. The look, the feel, the craftsmanship it’s all spot on. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Highly recommend!
