It certainly looks great! But, the chair isn’t balanced in weight and easily tips over. Also, the back is a bit too far back so it’s not great if you are someone who tried to sit up straight at your desk

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES SINCE BUYING THIS CHAIR. THE FIRST ONE CAME WITH MULTIPLE ISSUES (OBVIOUSLY RETURNED BY SOMEONE ELSE) ., CALLED WAYFAIR TO RETURN., AFFIXED A LABEL AND WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR APPROVAL, ANOTHER CHAIR WAS SENT., CALLED AGAIN AND ANOTHER LABEL WAS SENT., SENT BOTH CHAIRS BACK AND NOW WAYFAIR IS SAYING THEY ONLY RECEIVED ONE AND ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY. THEY CLEARLY GOT TWO. WHY SHOULD A SELLER SEND A DAMAGED PRODUCT THAT WAS RETURNED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND PASS IT OFF AS A NEW ONE., THEREFORE CAUSING ME ALL THESE ISSUES? I HAVE HAD HORROR STORIES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I CAN NOW ATTEST TO IT. I HAVE HAD IT.
