The couch is ok. The instructions were a little challenging and that’s because they include the bigger version of this couch in there so we spent about 20 minutes looking for pieces that weren’t there and thinking we were missing boxes. But once we realized the issue we were able to complete the setup. I wish there was about 5-6 more inches of height but still. Super comfortable and fit what I was going for.

Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! If I’m able to, I will post an update in the future after the pillows fluff a bit. I purchased an extra ottoman so me and my hubby can rest our feet. Overall, very happy with my purchase!

So soft! Easy to put together. States pillows need a couple days to fluff out. Hope it does! Couch is firm and sits low.

The couch is beautiful! Our guests have said how much they like the way it sits and feels. I even fell asleep on it the other day and had a great nap. My only complaint is the Velcro on the Ottomans. The Velcro does not lineup and I’ve had to go to the store to get extra Velcro to secure the top of the ottoman to the bottom.

Nice quality. Wish legs were wood color and not black
