Grand canapé de rangement modulaire en laine synthétique imitation laine de 105,1 po de large Isolde

Item looks like it’s used. Box came torn open. Look like they tried to seal it, but wasn’t successful. Majority of the boxes came open. Even the plastic was torn and screws hanging out of the box. I complained and sent pictures every time. Now they’re saying they did not receive any although I have confirmation. I did not purchase any open box items! Pillows are flat! Customer service via email is not helpful! I pay for membership

Love this couch! The use of storage is incredible. It’s hard to put together. But once you do it just the coolest, prettiest, retro like vibes ever. The pillows on the back do not stick, but my kids love using them as a fort. Overall cool couch, !

Such a fun, funky couch! It's soft and cuddly, so plush like a teddy bear. All the teens love it. We have it in our gameroom and it's become everyone's favorite spot. The pullout feature has been great for stayovers.

Be prepared to receive 8 different shipments on this set! You will not get them all at once. I Ordered this set over a week ago and still have not received all of the pieces. The tracking has not updated in 5 five days and still says delayed in transit. The couch isn't great quality at all! The back pillows do not attach to couch and slide away when you sit down. The material is not courduroy like the description says it just looks like it. It actually feels like the teddy bear you pulled out of a claw machine at the bowling alley. Unfortunately, I am returning this couch but can't start the process because I am still missing pieces.

We love it. It can be a little tricky to assemble so just make sure you WAIT TO ASSEMBLE UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARRIVE and follow the instructions.
