Bed is OK. Way fair customer care is not very accommodating. I spent over $10,000 on furniture for my house through my designer at Way fair. Due to a fraudulent contractor's inaction and delay in construction, this bed was delivered and sat unassembled at my home in the box for close to 8 months. When we opened the box and had the bed assembled professionally by a TaskRabbit worker, it was missing the parts needed to use the LED lights around the headboard (adapter or cord). Way fair told us due to the time lapsed since delivery, the cannot send the part and they even refused to offer info as to what part ( s) or cord is needed if I wanted to purchase it myself and be able to use the light. What kinda service is that? Quite disappointed!
