My bed is damaged and miss 4 categories of screws, i spoke with an agent and supposed to receive the main panel plus screws, but you cancelled it, reason no needed - in this case come to my place and assemble this damaged bed please, if you are so smart - , even i added photos of damaged parts. i spent 760, i sleep on floor for already one week now, after moving and i need to throw this bed and buy another. you do not care about the customers suffering and pain. i could buy from other company with 229, but i thought i buy a better one. I know was Fedex that threw the boxes on stairs even i told the 2 guys to take it easy. I edit a second review, after talking with customer service , at the end, the manager issuesd a refund, and i want to thank you for that.
