The item is nice and looks expensive. Delivery came direct from seller. As soon as you place the order be sure to call Wayfair & specify delivery instructions. Item was left in the lobby by courier which for a client like me with disability cannot lift a whole long box of more than 80 lbs. Set up was offered as you place the order for an additional 89.99 but it was not disclosed it's a separate schedule done on a different day. You have to call & schedule otherwise you will just be waiting. It's a good thing that the one who came to assemble after 5 days was really professional and nice. I know marketing tactics is not new for all stores but it is best that fine prints are visible from purchase to deliver and assembly.
