It’s really pretty! Love the color and the perfect size. It’ll get fluffier within 24 hours. It’s exactly what I wanted. UPDATE: I am extremely disappointed with both this couch and the information I received from customer service. The couch never expanded properly and is hard as a rock. The pillows are just as hard, making the entire couch uncomfortable to use. I paid for a couch that I expected to be comfortable, and it has not met those expectations at all. I am also upset because I was told by one of your representatives that the team would come to my home, disassemble the old couch, and assemble the replacement couch. I specifically verified that everything was set up correctly. I later discovered that I am actually expected to box up the couch myself. Because I live alone and have a disability, that is not something I can do without assistance. If I had been given accurate information from the beginning, I could have arranged help in advance. This entire situation has been frustrating and stressful, and I am asking that you provide a reasonable accommodation and a resolution to this issue.

Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. The only thing I don’t like is the couch is not very steady. The arm rest feel very sensitive. Like don’t lean on them. But I only put them together today so it’s only day 1. So we shall see

Very long and wide, exactly what we ordered, my husband loves it. Fit our space perfectly! Would definitely recommend this couch if you need a bigger piece of furniture.

Very easy to put together. Came in great condition. Smells new and clean. Very nice color.
