I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this order. I placed my order on July 3rd and waited almost TWO MONTHS, only to finally receive it on August 28th—and after all that waiting, they sent me the WRONG COLOR! This is completely unacceptable. After waiting nearly two months, I expected to at least receive exactly what I ordered. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I’m now expected to pay a pickup fee to return an item that was sent incorrectly in the first place! I should not have to pay any additional fees for a mistake that was not mine. I’ve attached pictures below showing what I ordered vs. what I actually received. The difference is clear. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable.

This table is so well made and the quality is just as good as the designer version. Came extremely well packaged. Looks stunning in my sitting room.

Marble top was cracked. Signs of torn and damage on the shipping box with packing tape all over it was a dead giveaway sign the product is either used or damaged.

A bit darker than the advertised image, but very cute, and they compliment the wood floors, and other pieces I had are in my space.

Outstanding coffee table super heavy and beautiful. Came on time and extremely well packed. Highly recommend.
