Bureau Sudduth

It's a nice piece but honestly, if you are not very handy with tools - don't try to put it together. The connection pieces are "cheap" for lack of a better term and some of the pre-drilled holes are not sufficient. My husband thankfully is very handy but could not deal with cam locks that break under just a tad bit of pressure. So now, we have gone to 2 hardware stores that do NOT have the right size so I'm having to order parts just to put this together. So not very happy but I think once we put it together it will be fine - I hope. We bought the file cabinet that goes with it months ago and it's been fine but the desk has been an issue so far

Perfect , sturdy and good quality!

Cheap construction with particle board with little scuffs on all metal surfaces. Drawers didn’t line up, as well as some other areas. The metal is cream colored, and otherwise the desk is as pictured

Assembly took forever. Maybe I got a defective piece, but the top of this desk was nearly impossible to attach to the rest of the desk. The design is really poorly thought out since you have to fit four steel spokes into holes on the base of the desk. But since they are steel, there's not even a centimeter of wiggle room for the holes to be misaligned. It took my fiance and I over 1 hour just on this one step of inserting the top of the desk into the base of the desk. And we had to use a hammer to adjust some of the spokes and used brute force to jam it in. Really poor design for an otherwise okay-looking desk.

It is very well constructed and the screws, etc. were well marked. The holes lined up perfectly! It does, however take several hours to assemble. We are very happy with the desk! It is exactly what we wanted!
