Box was beat to hell upon arrival. Broken parts were falling out of the box. Between FedEx and Wayfair, someone is paying for a new one, but it ain’t gonna be me.

Comfortable and looks higher end and more expensive than it really is. Too big for my kids but perfect for an adult. Love the height. Very comfortable on the back and neck. Gray color is neutral. Love it.

The chair came with a broken zipper on the back corner of the seat that will keep spreading open as time goes on. Smashed metal piece that is beyond repair and unusable and on the bottom of the seat, a hole too big for the screw. The base doesn’t really connect to anything, so when lifting it to move it, it just falls apart. Very disappointing. Seat is not adjustable. It looks comfy in the photo, but the seat is very hard. Back is way back. I’m 5’8” and the seat is deep.

Super comfortable. Looks great! I only wish it was on wheels.

Terrible delivery + packaging experience. I arrived home to find the chair sitting at the bottom of my steps. The chair was delivered in a box that looked like it fell off the truck multiple times and then someone tried to tape it back together. Furthermore there were actual gaping spaces and holes in the box exposing the chair to elements - including pollen for which I am highly allergic. I have tried to upload pictures but for some strange reason it will not allow me to. Upon further inspection the plastic baggie containing the wheels and other connecting screws also had a gaping hole and also missing washers and screws. There are no instructions included so I am not sure if it's missing anything else. For a $200+ chair this is crazy!
