We love our bed! It looks amazing, the quality is fantastic and it was straightforward for two of us to put together.

The only reason I’m leaving any stars is because Wayfair has actually been great however, their delivery company that they used was absolutely terrible. The first three delivery dates nobody showed up and the first delivery date they even called and said that they were 30 minutes away! The second time they called two hours into the delivery time window and said they couldn’t find all the pieces so they would not be coming and the third time they just never showed up again. The fourth time I never got my call ahead and they showed up at my house while I was not home so I had to drop what I was doing and meet them and they brought the boxes in the house and left. Terrible experience. Be mindful with large parcel orders they can’t ship as usual and you may have issues. The bed is beautiful and at the end of the day it was work waiting 1.5 months and getting it on the 4th delivery date.
