Unfortunately, my experience with this bed has been disappointing. I purchased the bed along with professional assembly because I expected it to be assembled correctly and ready for normal use. Since assembly with Wayfair’s service, the bed makes a noticeable knockingcreaking noise whenever I get in or move around. After looking more closely, the foundation supporting the slats appears to have missing screws andor hardware that was not properly installed or secured. Because of this, parts of the foundation move and knock against the frame. There are also visible marks on the bed frame that were present after the assembly was completed. I’ve tried wiping the marks, no success. For a brand-new bed with professional assembly, I did not expect to be left with installation issues, missing or improperly secured hardware, noise during normal use, and cosmetic damage. At this point, I’m concerned about the quality of the assembly and whether the bed was installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This is not the condition or experience I expected from a new purchase.

Waiting for our mattress but it’s such a lovely bed! We got white glove delivery and they cleaned everything up well. Definitely happy with our decision to purchase though we had an issue with the night stands. However Wayfair did everything to help out and we are quite pleased with Wayfair and our purchases now!

It’s beautiful!!! The instructions are easy, but not very descriptive. You kind of just have to use your common sense.

Love this bed! Sturdy and beautiful! It goes all the way to the floor so no missing socks and dust bunnies underneath.
