Horrible piece of carpentry. The box came with all the screws and washers and small metal pieces not secured so they were rolling around in the box. We had to count all of the pieces to make sure there wasn’t missing any. Secondly, one of the holes to attach the bed was not aligned well so I had to use a drill and took 1 hour to carefully create a new hole next to the existing hole so that the two pieces would meet. Finally, one of the pieces didn’t even come with a hole that was supposed to be in the middle. So I have to drill that too. Overall, Wayfair has a propensity to sell furniture that is made poorly, has no quality checks, and comes haphazardly. Do NOT buy this bed as you will have a HARD time putting it together.

Sadly, the bed came with a blemish on the headboard leg. As we were putting it together, we found that the wood screws provided (one size) were way too long and started to push through the leg, damaging the exterior, without fully screwed in. I was expecting higher quality wood - most if not all pieces are particle board with a veneer.

Not easy to put together if you’ve got ADHD like me but definitely a pretty bed that is comfy and cozy. Looks like the pictures!

The assembly was awful and took a long time and effort. The headboard is floating so you need to figure out a way to hold it while the other person attaches it. The build quality is not great. I had to drill holes in multiple places to build this. The finish is rough, although it’s sturdy. There are gaps with the queen size mattress as you can see in the pictures.
