Table basse Livorno

I recently purchased this table through Wayfair’s white glove delivery service, expecting a high quality build and impeccable assembly for a $1K+ table. Unfortunately, I was met with a disappointing experience. A few days after delivery, I noticed that the legs were loose and wobbly, and one of them was cracked, a screw was missing while another is stripped. I immediately pointed out these issues to Wayfair, but they seemed dismissive, noting they don’t offer refunds or replacements on white glove services. The table’s poor construction was evident when I crawled under it this weekend. I discovered that the screws were missing, one of them was stripped, and the legs were cracked. I had hoped that the white glove service would ensure no damage to the product, but this experience has proven otherwise. Wayfair’s response to my complaint was disappointing, as they stated that they don’t offer refunds or repairs on items delivered through their white glove service. Given the price of the table, which exceeded $1,000, I expected a higher level of service and quality. This experience has been a significant disappointment and has left me questioning the value of Wayfair and any future purchases.

I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THIS TABLE !!!!! PERFECT IN EVERY WAY !!* note: super heavy
