The dresser looks good but quality is awful. Took 4 deliveries to get one that was not damaged. Customer service was horrible. Will never order from wayfair again.

I love my 5 Drawer Chest that I just received. I could not be happier with the quality, the craftsmanship and the color. It is large enough to fit a ton of clothes but does not overpower the room. It is exactly what I have been looking for. It is very sturdy. The color blends well with the furniture I already have. I was worried I would not be able to find something to blend with furniture that I already have. This was perfect. I have purchased other pieces of furniture from other stores and have not been as happy as I have always been with Wayfair. Wayfair is amazing to work with. My first Chest came damaged. They were amazing setting up the exchange for me. I had to do nothing. They took care of everything. Not only was customer service amazing but a manager followed up with me. You will not get this level of service anywhere else. I can’t tell you how high quality this item is. The drawers slide in and out very easily. The handles are very tightly attached. This is definitely a five star product. I highly recommend this 5 Drawer Chest and Wayfair!

In the middle of a move so have not been able to take this out and place it in the intended room yet but I am did open the backside and take a peek to make sure it was good in packaging. I bought for a spare room and believe it will work perfectly in there. One thing I want to comment on is hat I LOVE Wayfair’s delivery. Not only is the shipping free I have never once had an issue with large item shipping through 3rd parties. Nothing has ever been damaged and they are courteous and prompt!

This dresser looks pretty from afar. I really like the wood tone but unfortunately the construction seems a bit weak. The drawers are not very smooth to open. I do love the hardware though, gives the rustic “wood” have a more modern feel. I don’t know that I would order this again but it will serve its purpose for us in our bedroom. The narrow but tall design fits perfectly in our space.

Love this chest, color fits my décor perfect. This chest is sturdy, perfect for my grandkids room. I am very happy with my purchase. Was already assembled and ready to use. Perfect size for a small bedroom.
