The piece was sturdy. The color was not at all as pictured. It was a more shiny laminate look vs. the rustic wood look.

I love it. it’s a statement piece for my foyer. You come through my door and that’s the first thing you see. And people just love it.

The color is not what is advertised. The only good thing about this is the size that’s why I’m giving it three stars. It took over two days to put together. It is 100 darker. It’s a brown wood laminate feeling. It is not a light color at all. The wood doesn’t look or feel like wood. It was extremely difficult to put together since it was just pictures with no words and all the pictures look the same. There’s about 200 screw, bolts, washers and some did not fit in the proper holes.
