Love this set! Very heavy duty

Beautiful furniture set, but flawed in so many ways. If you are a beginner at putting furniture together this may be a little challenging for you. Furniture description was a little deceptive. The set is not solid wood, but a mix of wood, plywood, and MDF board. The dresser showed no dimensions so it is smaller than a standard dresser width but storage was made up by the deep drawers. Drawers had stripped screws so we had to modify the holes. Instructions were lacking (mainly pictorial). Nice that they included an extra screw for each size.

I am pleased with the bedroom set for the price. It is darker brown than the picture would lead you to believe. The headboard is much taller than I expected and would have preferred it to be a foot shorter. Also, you need to get a thicker foundation and mattress or there will be a gap between the mattress and the bottom rail. I paid to have someone do the assembly for me and they did a good job except no one told him that he was suppose to take away the boxes and all the packing material. He had a small car so no way could he do that. I was stuck hauling some of it away and paid a man to load up several (8) leaf bags full of packing material to take to the dump. So, plan for that. It is a lot of stuff.

Nice matching set, decent value for price great starter set for a king size bedroom, the color is a cherry red and doesn’t scratch too easily
