The instructions are easy to follow and because the kit has TWO dressers, we had just moved, and I didn't get started until early evening, I constructed both cabinets and then put all of the drawers together the next morning. The units are pretty solid but the middle support (which had part of the drawer slide assembly attached) had some issues I had to figure out. Those pieces were attached to the middle panel with staples... which fell out during shipping, so I had to figure out how to reattach them which was tricky (if those aren't on correctly, the drawers won't fit/work properly). Really, the manufacturer needs to use a sturdier solution (glue and nails/screws) rather than thin staples. Still... I made it work. The units do vary in color slightly, so it is obvious that it's not a single unit, but I don't mind it... it is, after all, described as "rustic," so it's fine. Aside from the staples, the only other recommendation would be to use a full extension drawer slide. The slides don't allow the drawers to open fully.
