Lit double à panneau Hadari

I couldnt even build the bed because the screws attaching the support posts are stuck. Ive been trying to get them out for over a week. I even tried wd-40, which didnt work. I cant build any part of the bed with the support posts stuck together, which is how they sent it to me. Im not sure if that was necessary. And now they wont even let me report the problem. Any time I try, it wont let me upload a picture even though the picture is the right file size and type. And I cant report the problem without uploading a picture. So I still dont have a bed. Also, the headboard arrived broken. It could have happened in transit. I just got some wood glue and glued it back together. I didnt think to take a picture before doing this.

The bed is very pretty and as pictured. Assembly was fairly easy took about 40 min.
