It was a bit time consuming to make this bed, at some parts the instructions were a little unclear. Regardless we got it together (hardware set was missing 1 washer), and it fit our son's mattress well. I like the built in shelving and holes for charging. Unfortunately the led light strip provided didn't work, but its ok since our son didnt need it. I like putting his favorite books and toys on the shelves, and I can plug in one of his night lights into the port which makes up for the light bar not working. Overall it works for us and I like the style. My son likes it too which is most important of all.

This is a sturdy bed. It’s nice and chunky with solid wood in a beautiful honey finish. The warmth of the wood really gives the room warmth. It’s also very heavy. Because of the thick wood of the frame and headboard gives it a lot of weight. I love it. Assembly requires an extra set of hands. It’s just so heavy I needed help. Just getting the boxes into the house was a challenge. A very heavy box is awkward to drag into the house. I really like this bed and would recommend it. Just know that it’s heavy and it comes in two very heavy boxes. Make arrangements for help or hire a Wayfair pro! pro!

Perfect size, it comes with the tools and It took me an hour to assemble it. I recommend it!!
