I’m very disappointed with the item I received. The product itself looks dirty inside. More importantly, the material is extremely cheap and feels completely overpriced compared to what I paid. The cushion design also requires me to screw and unscrew it every time I want to clean it, which is very inconvenient. None of this was clearly explained on the website. The quality is honestly the worst I’ve ever seen for a chair, and it is totally different from what I expected.
