Love this chair, so sleek, and a great addition to my office. Only problem is that two plastic caps were not included, but I’m not sure if they’re necessary for the functioning I wrote to the manufacturer to see if they can just send them to me anyway other than that love the chair.

Great quality chair, smooth pump and tilt action with excellent mobility. Nice to have an extremely comfortable chair without arms and a mid-back height. Ideal in a room which has a desk for occasional work, but that you don't want to look like too much like an office. Highly recommended.
