Canapé Mesmer Channel

Couch is nice but it's falsely advertised that it has a USB port, that doesn't exist, They didn't send the sofa pillows and the middle support beam that goes under the couch to the floor is too short, so they sent the wrong part. I had this delivered to my living room and fully assembled by Wayfair. I asked them about all of this and they said to call customer service which I did and was lied to by two different agents.

The couch arrived dented and because its velvet it looked terrible. Returned and still waiting for my refund

The sofa is so beautiful in person. There weren’t a lot of reviews when I bought it so I wanted to make sure no one else went through what I went through. The sofa came assembled all I needed to do was add the legs. It’s firm but comfortable and the delivery guys were awesome. First wayfair purchase and definitely not the last. ❤️
