I bought 2 of these couches. There were marks/spots on every single section. One significantly damaged & snagged. The boxes were not very secure, tape barely holding on when they arrived. Luckily they had covers on inside of the boxes. But for the price & being brand new, I was surprised they had so many marks/spots/blemishes on them. I tried to chat with an agent online about it, but he was very slow, confusing and not very helpful. Took up a lot of time and I ended the conversation after waiting so long for his response. I marked some spots with stickers.
