Chaise boutonnée en vinyle blanc

My problem is not really with the chair. Its really cute. But this company clearly doesn't care about customer service at all. My first chair arrived with a big blueish grease stain on top of it that I spent an hour trying to clean before giving up and asking for a replacement. They send me another chair with a 1 inch cut in the same place on the chair. I ask for a replacement. Now they have the nerve to send me a THIRD CHAIR with another dark blue stain on the seat of the chair. Luckily, I now have 2 undamaged halves of a chair that I can make into 1 functional chair. I'm done dealing with them so I'm not even going to address the third damaged chair with them. So congratulations guys, you managed to make one functional chair out of the three you sent me! Horrible. Note: this entire transaction took about a month to deal with, they wouldn't even use express shipping to send me the replacements.
