Wish i could give this 0 stars. Tried to get a replacement 5 times but each time the box would show up in worse and worse condition. Wayfair expected me to keep these items and refused to give me a refund despite these items being left out in the snow and the furniture exposed to the elements and likely would have mold issues you can't show in a picture. Horrible customer service and they were unwilling to find another way to have this show up. Horrible delivery and service. The box pictured was left out in our driveway in the snow despite having a covered porch that they could have placed the item. Either way, I shouldn't receive a box this damaged!

The color is gorgeous and the color of legs (brass gold) is very tasteful. The chair is quite firm, I would definitely prefer it to be softer. I am 5’6” and my legs barely touch the ground, so I think it may not work for shorter people.

Beautiful fabric and I didn’t see the gold handle on the back until it arrived and I love it!

I like the quality of the chair. I am giving three stars because the box had a gaping hole in it and there was slight damage to the base, but I was able to put it together. It looked like it was a careless repackage, so I was surprised it was not really badly damaged. I’m keeping it because it is otherwise in good shape is comfortable, and I love the color of the green velvet and the metal.

Absolutely beautiful chair, sturdy for sitting in in terms of the seating cushion…but, there is a hardware issue, at least with mine. A small dot on the chair displays, as well…but it still gets the “BEAUTY” award from me!!! I called the manufacturer, but they are not open at this time, so I make calls later to address my concerns to either them again or Wayfair. Otherwise, without the above, it would def be a 5-star!
