The seat cushion sinks in very easily, it does not seem to have coils that support my weight (and I'm very moderate in weight.) I was hoping for more support. It seemed decently comfortable regardless . . . however, since I really want cushions that are firmer/more supportive of weight, I do intend to return. I never put the chairs together (just tried the cushion part still in the plastic bag) so I cannot speak to that part of the chair.
