I had a similar experience as another reviewer with my bed frame arriving incomplete - if you're ordering this, be sure to check with Wayfair once it ships that you have 2 boxes (headboard/footboard AND sideboards!). Wayfair handled it well and expedited the replacement, but still an inconvenience. It happens though!
The bed itself – Color looks great, fabric is nice (I ordered in linen), and I love the height of the headboard – I can sit up fully in my bed and not lean on to the ceiling above it. My queen Tuft & Needle mattress fits perfectly in it (please ignore my unmade mattress in pics - laundry day!). Assembly was simple enough with two people, took us about 2 hours, but be warned that I did have to leave out 3 screws because they wouldn't fit/wouldn't align. Also, we were short a panel peg to secure a panel onto the frame, and one additional peg was broken. The support beam that runs through the middle under the bed unfortunately did not reach the foot of my bed, so it's not currently secured to both headboard and footboard. That said, the bed still feels really stable (there are so many things attached to one another that a few missing screws/pegs isn't going to ruin it). I did order another set of panels that run vertically under the bed for extra support since I just have a foam mattress, and so far I'm glad that I did.
Even though there were a few inconveniences, I still love the bed frame and it's exactly what I was looking for. The price still felt right. If you're looking for a budget option, upholstered sleigh bed, I'm definitely an advocate for this one!
