Let me first start off by saying this bed is very soft and the velvet feels quite nice. That said, it is uncomfortably low to the ground and SO MUCH DARKER THAN THE PHOTOS SUGGESTED. I'm attaching 2 images, so you can see the difference: 1 is the light blue Wayfair deceptively advertised, and 1 is the DARK, MUDDY GREEN that this bed really is. This picture is not even CLOSE to accurate. If you're looking for a "pretty" pastel blue, I promise, you'll be sorely disappointed... It honestly looks a little "dirty." See what I mean, attached.

It took along time to be delivered. Once received it was defective, as you can see the holes on the headboard does not match rhe holes in tehe metal structure. Send mu complaint to customer service and send a new one, but it had the same problem. So I had to hire a task rabbit to bring a drill and open holes on the metal structure. Payed about $140 for that. It is not worth it. Used with a 13" mattress.

Nice bed. Can’t beat the price, but don’t expect a perfect bed, sides are a bit uneven, have to lift to move or you might damage legs, etc. I would still buy a second one.
