I think that the chairs themselves are great. But the rubber caps/feet with some of the chairs came damaged. The packaging was damaged. I put some felt pads on the bottom of the damaged feet to make sure they don't scratch my floor. I spook with your service department and I'm waiting on getting replacements. The chairs really do look great and I do like them. It looks like the legs punched through the box, because they are heave and that is why they got damaged.

Be prepared, you will sink more in the chair than you think! Looks cool though!
