First issue: Timeline transparency At fault: Wayfair, Mofit Home Purchased this recliner set on October 22, 2024, it said arriving in 4-5 weeks before ordering. After I ordered I got the estimated delivery date as Between Friday, November 8 and Saturday, November 16. That didn't come true and they kept delaying the date until I got it on January 26, 2025. All this time and until the time of the review the timelines on the description have never changed, that means potential buyers had to wait as much as I did although they were promised an earlier date initially. Second issue: False advertising At fault: Wayfair, Mofit Home Description clearly says this is a reclinable set. Description does not say that 3 chairs are reclinable. It's fair to assume all chairs are reclinable, right? Wrong. Buyer beware only 3 of the 4 chairs are reclinable. So one of the chairs will look different in the back and won't recline. Wayfair's excuse is that the chairs are not supposed to recline as they're on both sides of a corner. This is not true, I have another sectional that does exactly the same. I purchased this set with the knowledge that all chairs recline and look exactly the same and that was really important to me. Third issue: Price gouging At fault: Mofit Home At this point I was willing to purchase the reclinable chair separately. I purchased the set for 5,199.99. They gave me the price for one chair to $1,384. The original set already included 4 chairs a charging console and a corner. The price for a single chair was absurd. Fourth issue: No support from manufacturer At fault: Mofit Home I paid the price I didn't want to pay. They came back to me and said the item is now discontinued and they don't make it anymore. At my question how come it still sells on Wayfair, they said Wayfair sells what's in stock, which of course was a lie. As I've demonstrated above the item comes from China and it's actually produced at the time as I've been told multiple times during my communication with Wayfair. I can't speak much of the quality just yet as I haven't had it for a long time. I needed this specific item because it matches the exact dimensions I need. The non reclining chair looks different in the back. So if you have a use case where the back should be exposed like mine, then that would be an issue for you. In the front the stitches don't align as well with the chairs that reclinable but it isn't very visible. I don't recommend anyone to make expensive purchases on Wayfair. Also if time is important to you, this is another reason not to do that. I don't recommend Mofit Home to anyone.

I love this couch. It’s so cute and comfortable. You can mix and match where you want each piece to go. The only thing I would say is it requires many outlets to plug into and the reclining buttons are in the couch so it can be difficult at first to know which buttons you’re pushing. Overall love the couch.
